“Found out about this place on a fb reel and knew I had to visit. I wanted to see how close to my parents in SC it was and found out only 1.5 hrs. Girls road trip. Visiting the south from Spokane Wa. This place didnt disappoint. Bought a tumbler to bring home. Can't wait to come back! Made my little weird heart happy.“

“How delighted we were to discover this amazing place! The cozy atmosphere was enhanced by “real” (upholstered) furniture that invited us to truly relax. The owners were even more wonderful, from the first moment with their warm words and sincere smiles. They were so patient as we took time to decide what to order, and everything was delicious: hot cocoa, ice cream, pound cake, and empanadas. We initiated longer conversation, and appreciated the owners taking time to share fascinating stories about their personal lives and business. We must say, we arrived as total strangers and left feeling like we found new friends. We definitely will be back, and believe you will love this place too. God bless these good folks. “I can’t express how happy I am with Mac Tabby Cat Cafe. I went a few days before Christmas to possibly adopt a new cat. The staff here is amazing, the cats are all adorable and it was overall a great experience. I adopted a beautiful white cat and I love her to pieces. I would not hesitate in the future to adopt from Mac Tabby again. Alternately if you just love cats and want to go hang out for an hour with the kitties, it’s a blast. The cats are very interactive. “We went on Friday morning around 10. It was packed and people waiting in line. We only had to wait about 15 minutes. I figured service would be slow since every table was full. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was exceptional. The food was also exceptional. We had omelettes with home fries. The home fries were out of this world. Best place for breakfast I've ever been to. We are going back next week.“

“We went to Longhorn right during the dinner service. The AC was out but everyone was still super friendly. We were sat immediately. Our server was Tasia J and we will definitely be back. She knew what we needed before we even asked. I had the ribeye and it was VERY HEAVILY peppered to the point I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t want to send it back since I had several bites. I asked Tasia if it was always like that and she said no. She took it back for me and got a new one with light seasoning. She was absolutely AMAZING. We will definitely return!“

“Stopped in here after my birthday pedicure, the ice cream was so good, service was excellent, the young lady (who looks like a model) was serving by herself, she hooked us up right away and was so polite. Definitely visit this quaint, laid back spot. There's old school arcade machines and a place for small children to play. We came in mid afternoon so it was nice music playing, very relaxing and a perfect day for ice cream.“

“Wow! We've eaten here before but it's been a while. Very impressed. Friendly waitress (Makenzie), I had the 2 meat platter - ribs and smoked turkey (or you can get 3) with 2 sides and hush puppies. The ribs were fantastic! Moist (yes,I said moist) and flavorful. Some for the best baby back ribs I've ever eaten!! The smoked turkey breast was served in aluminum foil and guess what -- it was moist too! Baked beans were saucy with bits of BBQ meat mixed in. Mashed potatoes had bits of skin mixed in. Cornbread and hush puppies were good. Husband had the 1/4 chicken and ribs. I love where this place is located - close off 85. I don't have to fight Bruton Blvd/Charlotte traffic. They have a train that circles a track attached to the ceiling 🚂- very cute. They do have a senior/child's menu. We will definitely be back.“

“This is a great place to hang out and get some food and drinks. They have an extensive list of different wines, and their food is delicious. The service is top-notch, and they really look after you while you are there. They have indoor and outdoor seating. My sister and her husband go there every Friday night, and they have live entertainment.“

We've never been there when there weren't people all around. Lines go fast and getting your order after paying is quick. More seating would be nice and watch out for ants on the table, but honestly, people sitting in their cars or in truck beds kinda adds to the hometown ambiance.

“My Husband received a gift card for his birthday for Texas Roadhouse. Not a place we frequent, but it’s nice to mix it up now and then, right? Because we had the gift card, I signed up for their rewards and received a free appetizer coupon. The day we went (today) I received a promotional email that if you purchase a digital GC for $30+, you’ll receive a $5 bonus GC for free. So, we went with $60 in gift cards and a free appetizer coupon. We visited around 3:15pm, it was quite busy, hostess was propping the door open and taking names and phone numbers to add to the waitlist. Took our name and phone number, stated we’d receive a text message when we were up to be seated, and told us about 10 minutes or so, no problem. The couple in front of us was also waiting outside (over 90 degrees today), they received their text message and went inside. We sat outside for about 10 more minutes, seeing multiple people walking in and not coming back out (we were the only 2 people sitting outside still waiting). We went inside to see if there was any room to at least sit in the A/C, there was. Two sets of two people came in and were told to follow one of the hostess to a seat. Wait, what? They weren’t on the waitlist, I hadn’t received a text message, and they’re being seated from walking in after we had been waiting for about 20 minutes at this point. My Husband goes up to the hostess (there was 1 behind the counter) and about 4/5 standing around up front as well and stated that we’ve been on the waitlist for almost 20 minutes and people are being sat before us. She said she could seat us now. No apology for the inconvenience, but actually the opposite. The hostess behind the counter turned her head and either looked, mouthed, rolled her eyes… something to the other hostess because she smirked at her after she turned her head (the one who took my name and phone number) and off we went. On our way to the table the hostess had the audacity to ask how we were doing, yes the one that took my name and phone number. Luckily, my Husband was in front of me and said we were good. No we absolutely were not. Had she asked me, I would have told her how we were. Not good. You could at least sincerely apologize and I would have understood that things happen. So, why the heck am I still recommending this place? Charly. Our server Charly was absolutely top tier and saved the butts of her co-workers incompetency. She was friendly, attentive, and a great server! I had more Diet Coke on the table as soon as I was about to finish my first one… that is when you know you have a GREAT server (one of many reasons). So, thankfully Charly turned our experience from absolutely never coming back to we’d ask to be in her section again if we returned. All in all, hostess’ need more training on how to apologize when they make a mistake (and to not turn your head annoyed with your customers when YOU messed up), while Charly needs a promotion and a raise.“

“The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Full of history about 🚒 Firefighters and more. My grandson loves the kids meal they get a little Firehat/helmet with the meal. On your birthday you get a free medium sub loaded to your card. Not to mention the subs to me are unique and delicious. Always fresh.“
