“This may be our favorite spot downtown! The vibe is totally different than the adjacent brewery, but they are connected. If you want something more relaxed, this is your bet. They have great sound proofing from the brewery, but you can still enjoy their beer if that's your thing. But, their ciders have gotten so good over time. They have slushees and try to have seasonal flavors all year long. They are also dog friendly, and our little guy loves it there as he meets all kinds of people and other pups. Same as the brewery- everyone is always nice. They do ask that you don't bring outside food but between their own food truck, armor dog, and the ones they bring in, you should be set. Though, since we live close we love just stopping in for one drink as we walk around town especially when the weather is nice. Our favorite have been the lick-able wallpaper but have loved their other fruity offerings as well!“

“My friends and I frequent this brewery and we all love hanging out here. But the new signage for no outside food is very off putting. Since the very beginning grabbing Sabor and hanging out has always been our thing. Now that they have their own “Armor Dog” they want you to purchase food from their but the menu doesn’t have many great options like Sabor! This really sucks, I have always enjoyed grabbing Sabor and hanging out in the social district with their great craft beers or ciders.“

“The Mac Tabby Cat Cafe is the best Cafe ever!! The employees are so fantastic and so sweet. I love coming here and the membership that they offer on their website is such a good deal for what they offer, Unlimited visits, discounted treats and drinks, etc! It’s amazing and i can easily recommend this place to anybody i talk to in Concord. Best cafe ever!!!!!“

“We walked by here on a Saturday night around 7 pm and it was closed, but we saw people inside and one customer picking up a cake. We made eye contact, but kept walking. We circled back a few minutes later and the one worker came out and opened the shop back up for us. I think it helped that we had a bunch of kids with us. Needless to say, we bought a ton of stuff and was limited to what was on display. The inside of the shop is cute, but there is no room to eat there. The decor is old school and feels very mom and pop. I had the red velvet cupcake, which was very good! I also had a bite of a friend's vanilla chai cheesecake. The slice was huge and was so good, extremely rich, this slice is sharable for sure. The staff was great and we are grateful for them opening just for us!“

“Of all the breweries in North Carolina, and I’ve been to hundreds, Percent is the most innovative and experimental that I’ve come across. I appreciate their playful and joyful approach to creating small batch, one-of-a kind beers that you won’t forget. If you come to the Charlotte area, this is one of the top three breweries to visit, hands-down.“

“This is a great place to stop for a quick and tasty soda. All of their drink flavors are unique and I like that they offer drinks with energy drink bases as well. Their sugar cookies are also pretty rad and a good size. My favorite flavors would probably have to be Mama's Stuff or Hug. Great spot and I think they have two separate locations now!“

“We had a party of 18 walk in, as they don’t take reservations, and with our timing and their flexibility they handled us like champs. Our waitresses were great and super efficient. “We have lived in the Charlotte area for about 2 years, we have tried a lot of breweries in the area but Southern Strain is BY FAR our favorite!!! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. But best of all, their beers are SO good! The addition of The Eatery has just topped it all off with amazing food! We always bring our out of town friends to Southern Strain!!!“

“I absolutely love this place I stumbled upon it from a TikTok! And I couldn’t be more happier I did I love the atmosphere in the manager is an absolute delight! I definitely recommend checking this place out specially, if you’re like me and Kinda on the goth girl side or a Halloween lover, this could definitely be your new coffee spot and I can’t say I blame you if it does become your favorite new coffee spot. The menu is incredible with all kinds of special drinks. They offer other goodies as well such as T-shirts, stickers and things like that they have little games on the tables for you to play while you enjoy your coffee and conversations don’t even get me started on the pastries those are to die for, also the manager makes and designs custom earrings. You’re definitely gonna wanna pick up a pair of those ask for myself. I can’t wait to get back to the special spot and I hope my review encourages you to check it out as well.“

“Always on the lookout for a meadery, Buzzed popped up and was right on our travel path. The facility is quite large with lots of seating and a serving kitchen so many folks were eating meals. While it is a meadery, it offers a wide variety of products. We did tastings and found the Meadow Foam mead extraordinary. It was unfortunate that there was a sales restrctions on mead as we wanted to buy bottles to take home, but their supply was limited to on sale only due to a production issue. Definitely would visit again when in the area.“

“The cutest little wine bar that offers great live music in the summer. They have a huge selection of wine and if you're looking for something in particular they're super helpful in helping you find it. They do have a menu for light bites but it's not something I would recommend having "dinner" at. They have a bar so great if you're solo or table and chairs if you're with a group. I love their patio and will always be my go-to when the weather is nice. Great for date night, ladies night or self-care .“

“Twenty-Six Acres is a hidden neighborhood gem. While the location is a bit obscure, it is well worth the find. We went on a Friday evening. It was busy but not overly crowded.The servers are friendly. The brewery is nicely decorated with plenty of seating. There are plenty of screens to watch whatever sporting events are on. There is also an upstairs area that can be reserved.We were able to order food from Cousins Maine Lobster, which was the food truck on site that evening.Check the website or social media to see what events are happening throughout the week!“

“I do not recommend anything at this horrible restaurant. The food and drinks are absolutely terrible. Everything is either over seasoned or under seasoned. They also over charge your credit card thinking you won’t check the bill. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will warn them to all stay away because there are plenty of other better restaurants around that have better food and service. This place is absolute trash and should be ashamed to call themselves a Mexican restaurant.“

“Cabarrus Brewing is a great place to meet friends, watch sports, or just have a locally brewed beverage. Recently they added a kitchen where you can order snacks that pair well with their beers. Upstairs is a large space for organized activities to take place. I just started a beginners shag dance class there. I’m glad CBC is part of our community.“
