Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. The tasty chips and salsa, as well as the adequately seasoned food served on hot plates, have been praised by some visitors. However, there have been reports of inconsistent service, with some servers showing a lack of care, while others have been commended for their attentiveness. Additionally, there have been instances of food poisoning after consuming shrimp, and some customers have faced difficulties in contacting the management regarding such issues. Despite these challenges, the restaurant has earned high praise from certain customers for its delicious food and excellent service, making it a top choice for Mexican dining in the area. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including vegetarian dishes, and has recently expanded its outdoor dining area, which has been well-received by customers.
