Really pleasant and helpful staff. Coffee flavor was very nice. Lost a point for not having heavy cream.I love lattes but use heavy cream for low carb like many others.If I can't get heavy cream for a drink then I just order a regular coffee.Less fun for me, less profit for shop.

French Express is one of my favorite go to coffee shops. Everything is always made exactly how I like it, and I just had to make some adjustments to how I usually get my coffee to decaf and sugar free, and still no complaints. Staff are always smiling and friendly.
