5 star if you go in the morning or if Bella is there in the afternoon/evening, but every time I go after 4:00, the iced coffee is nasty or the customer service is not good.

This is a very sub-par coffee shop. If you need a quick caffeine fix it'll do the trick, but that's about it. The coffee really isn't great, and there's nothing that stood out to me about this business other than the drive through, which is convenient. I'd recommend lots of other places before this.

While the drink was hot and delicious I was immediately told the lobby would be closing in 10 minutes. No hours on the door. I was looking for a place to relax and unwind. And I know I would be rushed out as soon as I sat down, I wouldn't have stopped in the first place.

French Express is one of my favorite go to coffee shops. Everything is always made exactly how I like it, and I just had to make some adjustments to how I usually get my coffee to decaf and sugar free, and still no complaints. Staff are always smiling and friendly.
