“When I arrived, Kelly greeted me as she was replacing the receipt paper in her cash register. Amy walked out from the kitchen and offered to help Kelly. Kelly handed her the receipt paper, which Amy replaced, and then began assisting other customers and cleaning around the dining area. Both Kelly and Amy were friendly, great team players, and great examples for other employees. As always, the food is great, and I was offered a combo despite already having a drink - but the drink and chips are always stocked and ready! All around I always have a great experience at Firehouse and will always choose it here despite other sub/sandwich shops. It’s a higher price point but the service and food quality are always worth it.“

“I have to say, these ladies and gents did a fantastic job. Dominique and Emily had some lady order 7 subs right before they served us, and they got them all made and then served us the finest subway I have ever had; in a timely matter. We travel all over NC, SC and TN (see my other reviews) and this was the best Subway experience I have ever had. They were polite, accurate and fast. The store was clean, veggies in order and fresh. 10/10 would recommend.“
“Today is October 19, 2023. I am in hotel management. I went into subway today around lunchtime. The young lady making the subs. Was mentally taking everybody’s order, making the subs in a fast manner. While assisting the lady on the register. She made the entire sub. While assisting the lady on the register. There were many guests. And everybody was serviced in a timely fashion. Orders made correctly. This young lady should be recognized for her hard work and dedication to your company. I was in amazement.“
“My wife, son, and I came in tonight, far too close to close. The staff were very friendly and didn't attempt to rush us through our dinner, although we did rush ourselves out of respect for the employees. Food was fantastic (as it always is in my experience) we highly recommend this location.“
“We visit our McAlister's Deli restaurant back home all the time but this was our first visit to this location. We really enjoyed our meals and will definitely keep it in mind as a valid option if we're ever back in this area, again.I usually enjoy a bowl of cheddar & broccoli soup with my sandwich option, but I tried the chicken & tortilla soup this time. Good googley-moogley! That stuff was really good!It had a little bit of a spicy kick I hadn't expected and the flavor was excellent! It was a pleasant surprise.“
“I love the meatball pepperoni pizza sub just without the meatballs lol and the brownies are to die for!!! Plus the manager there is so awesome as well as the rest of the employees. “I’ve been to this location a few times. Obviously it’s my favorite one because I pass at least three other locations on my way to this one. The #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak is my go to! I like it without mushrooms but add the cherry pepper relish ; Thank me later!My sub is always made well at this location. You can see from the photo of the end of my sub it’s packed with goodness to the last bite.“
