“It was my first time eating from here I gained a lot of knowledge from Ryan and GiGi. They sale bread for 50cents a day old and they make their own ranch dressing. The dressing is amazing to dip your chips and or sandwich in. The bread is so amazing I like it better than any sandwich restaurant I’ve been to so far! The restrooms are clean and the store is so very well kept and the music was jammin! I got a Giant 16” and cut it into 3’s I usually eat my sandwich throughout the day! Did I mention they also have their own branded chips! Amaze balls right I know anywho go eat here!

“I love this location. I go everytime I work in my office nearby for lunch. EVERYTIME AND I MEAN EVERYTIME, the owner, Hemant, always greets me w a smile. He's already getting my order ready as soon as I walk in or telling the employees my usual order (Tuna Salad). I told him , its not the salad, which it is always tasty, but its the service that keeps me coming back!!!!“

“Sorry to say I dont come here often enough but I will fix that. The team of waitress all work to together and making sure that you are taking care of its like having 4 people serving you and waiting on you all at once . You would think it would be to much but everyone on the right page .I had the triple decker Ruben Sandwich I just asked for it and they made it for me its not on the menu. Turns out its the best Ruben Sandwich I've had in years . Its perfectly balanced sandwich of meat ,bread thousand island and Sauerkraut. Potatoes salad was the perfect side dish to pair it too .. we had a really nice time and will be back to order the new Ruben Sandwich ..“

“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. They changed my order even though it meant having to discard what they had already made. They did so without any hesitation. Absolutely incredible customer service and my hats off to the staff. “Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.“

“I’m so thankful this location is GREAT now. I’ve put in so many requests to upper management for YEARS trying to get this store to be consistent. My family loves firehouse subs and always will choose to eat here over basically any other restaurant. The current management and employees are doing doing a wonderful job. The bread is super fresh, their portion size and customer service is great. If the district manager sees this review I sure hope they get recognized and rewarded for such a great job! They most certainly deserve it!“
