“My positive review is largely/mostly based on one person that works here, Alyssa. She probably thought I was insane asking her name and how to spell it (I hope I got it right). She is a rare GEM at a fast food restaurant these days and should be praised!! When taking orders over the speaker she is articulate, patient, kind, respectful, makes you feel like she is 100% on your time and ready to be as helpful as she can. Knowledgeable of the menu options, clarifies so she knows exactly what you want. But her personality, it is actually absolutely infectious. Normally I dread going through a drive thru because undoubtedly I’m going to end up irritated by the attitude, but I leave here in a pleasant mood every time I talk to her!!! She will excel in whatever career she chooses, and I hope she is valued at Taco Bell. My order was accurate, food was on point. I’m a happy customer.“

“It was my first time eating from here I gained a lot of knowledge from Ryan and GiGi. They sale bread for 50cents a day old and they make their own ranch dressing. The dressing is amazing to dip your chips and or sandwich in. The bread is so amazing I like it better than any sandwich restaurant I’ve been to so far! The restrooms are clean and the store is so very well kept and the music was jammin! I got a Giant 16” and cut it into 3’s I usually eat my sandwich throughout the day! Did I mention they also have their own branded chips! Amaze balls right I know anywho go eat here!

“Looking at previous reviews, this place looks to have had issues in the past. I've been here 5 or 6 times over the past month or so, though, and every single time the staff has been very friendly and the food delicious. I wish the city hadn't put the road drainage right at the end of the driveway because i always feel like i'm going to scrape my front bumper when i leave, but can't blame BK for that. Love this place.“

“Everyone at this location was wonderful. Every detail about my order was noticed, and was perfect. Look forward to returning again tomorrow. This restaurant is really worth visiting, as everyone listens to what you order, and they make sure that everything is prepare to your satisfaction.“

“Mobile order placed, it was ready for pick-up at requested time. The store was clean, after receiving cups to fill my drinks I noticed the lids needed to be restocked, and not a napkin anywhere in the vicinity. Two employees behind the counter in a conversation, I felt they should have not spoken about in front of a customer. The churro's were really hard.“

“Got to the store to pick up my order curbside and they brought out my pizza but not the cinnabon bites, they were still in the oven, no big deal, after a short wait the manager brought them out personally and apoligized for the wait and offered us a complementary drink for the wait. Will definitely be a repeat customer, everything was 10/10 across the board!“

“The staff was polite but not help full at all. The two who were clearing swept the front then just sat by the bathroom talkng till they saw anther staff member. The only one actually working was Mishi (I think that how you spell it). He took my order when the kiosk won't work, he was very apologetic when he realized we didn't have our drinks, he was extra nice and he was also running order out to the cars the whole time. He said he just started but he was amazing.“
