“Wife and I have loved Arby Melts as long as I can remember. One of the few fast food chains we eat anymore. But since we moved to charlotte almost all locations we have tried haven’t nearly lived up to what we’re used to, EXCEPT this location! This location is phenomenal almost every time and we go out of our way to eat at this location. They always correctly portion the melts with meat and cheese. I got in the habit of having to order a side cup of cheese and arby sauce packets for all the other locations because it’s almost nonexistent. But this location makes the melts look like the advertised photos almost everytime. On top of it, They are also very quick, I always mobile order for in-store takeout and it’s always done before the time in the app.

Whoever is managing this store, great job and hopefully other locations can bring Arby’s back to how it should be like this location does!“

“It was my first time eating from here I gained a lot of knowledge from Ryan and GiGi. They sale bread for 50cents a day old and they make their own ranch dressing. The dressing is amazing to dip your chips and or sandwich in. The bread is so amazing I like it better than any sandwich restaurant I’ve been to so far! The restrooms are clean and the store is so very well kept and the music was jammin! I got a Giant 16” and cut it into 3’s I usually eat my sandwich throughout the day! Did I mention they also have their own branded chips! Amaze balls right I know anywho go eat here!

“Looking at previous reviews, this place looks to have had issues in the past. I've been here 5 or 6 times over the past month or so, though, and every single time the staff has been very friendly and the food delicious. I wish the city hadn't put the road drainage right at the end of the driveway because i always feel like i'm going to scrape my front bumper when i leave, but can't blame BK for that. Love this place.“
