“Came back from the park to get Jersey Mike's for lunch with my son, friendly staff excellent food we got a mini 13 using my shore points by entering my number and it was filling and flavor was perfect made Mike's way few additional condiments. Seating by the window with a high chair was great and my son enjoyed the environment and felt safe which is a major bonus for me.“

Only complaint was the food could've been hotter, especially since the lunch menu had just started at 1030 and I was there at 1045.

“The lady running the show at show at this taco bell drive thru should be extracted by the area rep and put in place at every taco bell until she's trained every one of the taco bell drive thru MCs to imitate her pizazz (even at a fraction of the gusto).
If Chick-fil-a ever finds out about this absolute professional entertainer running a shift at this tucked-away taco bell they're going to talent snipe her.

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. “I visited this location to get food and had an incredible experience. Ive heard that Chik Fil A had great customer service but in this case a worker went above and beyond. This changed my perspective about whats possible at a fast food restaurant. I take a long time to order at restaurants because I have to check and see if any products contain items I am allergic to. Andrea, one of the workers here was able to not only advise me on allergen information but give me suggestions on what to order. She did this while being patient and radiating the type of friendly energy I haven't found at any other fast food restaurant before. The food was great and Andrea was very helpful. Hopefully others who visit here are served by her and feel the same way!!“

“My service face to face was fantastic, server really seemed happy to assist me. However, being a drive through customer, once I arrived home I was missing items from my order. It sucks, they are expensive and usually means someone is left without meal. Seems to happen often here.“

“I always have great experiences and great food at the Arboretum Chick-fil-A, and the employees are always so friendly. Today, I ordered a Coke, and after I had already driven away, I noticed it tasted like it barely had any syrup in it. I wasn’t upset about it and honestly just didn’t drink it, but I did want to call and let them know in case there was an issue with the machine. I left a voicemail, and Peyton promptly called me back. In his message, he explained that I was correct — the syrup had run out — and that he had already educated the team members on checking and changing it when needed. He also went out of his way to add rewards to my app for the inconvenience. Peyton truly went the extra mile to make things right, even though I wasn’t overly concerned about the issue to begin with. “I've ordered from this location several times over the years. A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.“

“I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

“Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). You don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this location.“

“The people who run this restaurant HUSTLE. Always great customer service and the food is delicious. It’s in a Walmart, but unlike previous restaurants that have been here, it’s always clean in the dining area. Love the Philly Cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks.“

“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. They changed my order even though it meant having to discard what they had already made. They did so without any hesitation. Absolutely incredible customer service and my hats off to the staff.
