They are friendly, positive, and professional, even in busy and short-staffed situations. In one instance, a staff member surprised a customer by paying their tab, and in another, the team quickly made a new hot sub for a pregnant customer who had requested it. The sandwiches are also reportedly "BOMB!" Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs is a great choice for a satisfying meal.
