I absolutely love their ice cream. There is typically always a warm, friendly environment. My only issue is sanitary. A staff employee was sweeping the floor when a family entered the store. Since another employee was preparing my order, the other employee who was sweeping the floor waited on them. After a long day I was trying to unwind and was craving some ice cream so I visited the store and was gladly surprised by how amazing the customer experience was by the two girls working who put a smile on my face, the ice cream was great and the experience even greater!

Love the concept, and I enjoyed their available options. Wasn't impressed by the portions and prices compared to other local shoppes. My two scoop waffle cup with 2 toppings was $10 (incl dollar tip), but it looked like 1 scoop at most places in Charlotte. Maybe it was just a new employee, or because she forgot I ordered a waffle cup, and "moved" my ice cream from one cup to the correct one (and left some ice cream behind).
