The last two times we have been there we have had a wrong order. We ordered tonight and half of our order was missing, so we spent 2 hours driving back and forth through the traffic to get the rest of our items. The half of the order we did get was so sloppily put together it was barely edible. When we came in to retrieve the second part of our order, they didn’t apologize or anything. I love Chipotle, but this place sucked. They said they were outta brown rice so I asked them to just scrape the bit that was left for my burrito so she gave me a small amount of it instead of giving me all of it. Same thing happened w/ my partner when they asked for sofritas. Anyway, my burrito was prepared very poorly. The ingredients were not evenly spread. Sofritas was all in one side of the burrito.
