Today I had an excellent experience with the 3 young men working here. I need my sub to be heated because I’m pregnant and it’s risky to eat deli meat when pregnant due to bacteria concerns. Anyway my husband placed the order and forgot to ask for it to be heated. When I called and requested that, they had already made my sub (cold) but they didn’t miss a beat and very politely and quickly made a new hot sub safe for me to eat. It was very professional and generous of them especially considering the mistake was ours. They did not made me feel like an inconvenience at all though I’m sure it was one. Great work gentleman for your customer service and we will definitely be back.

My kids and I frequent at this location. The place is always so clean and the staff is always friendly there’s never a time that I walk in that anyone is just standing around. They are always cleaning up. Clean place, fresh deli cuts and veggies. Five stars hands down.

The staff here is always phenomenal. The service is consistent, no matter how busy they are, and that says a lot. They are very friendly and intentional about doing their jobs, making sure that the sandwiches are made correctly. I don’t think I could go to any other Jersey Mike’s locations!

I picked up my sandwich and opened it and it was soaking wet, half the toppings not on bread and a complete disaster. I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it correctly. So disappointed.

The Jersey Mike's at Stonecrest is delicious! The Philly Cheesesteak on whole wheat is so good! The orders are always ready ahead of time when using the Jersey Mike App. The staff is friendly as it greets the customer and has even offered a free drink on occasion!!!
