“Tried Chex Grill in Indian Trail today and let me just say… the food was SLAPPIN 😮‍🔥 But the real star? Rashad. Absolute top-tier human. There was a tiny “delay” with my jerk chicken sub because they were literally making the sauce fresh (which honestly just tells me everything I need to know). I wasn’t even bothered, but Rashad went out of his way to make sure I had food at the same time as my family and surprised me with a chicken, mushroom, and cheese sub (no clue the official name but BABYYYYY… it was BUSSIN). The kindness, the thoughtfulness, the vibes were unmatched. Food was amazing, service was superb, and it’s rare to see someone care that much these days. We’ll 100% be back. Rashad, you’re doing it right 👏🏽❤️“

“From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The location was clean, the menu had plenty of options, and the lady at the register was fast, friendly, and made sure we understood exactly what we were ordering.

Our food came out fresh and quickly, and the guy helping us (I wish I had asked for his name) had one of those genuinely refreshing smiles that makes customer service feel human again. He brought out our food, cleared our trash, and refilled our drinks without making it feel forced.

“Why oh why did I not find this place until today? Delicious food, great service and relaxed clean environment. I regret not taking pictures but we cleaned our plates. The chicken salad was fresh, thick and juicy with a little crunch. Pair it with the pickles and it is impickable ;) The roast beef sandwich was perfect and once you dip it in the au jus it melts in your mouth. The grilled chicken club had juicy chicken, thick and crispy bacon with melted cheese, still smiling. Don’t try the banana pudding or you will fall in love and leave your spouse for the cook! Be prepared to enjoy your meal and the wonderful people at Phil’s. Go now before you miss out on another day without this scrumptious food. Enjoy!“

“Lately Jersey Mike's has been letting us down on serving size and staffing, but never this location. All three members of the crew were friendly and quick-working, especially with the little crowd.

Shout out to the lovely young lady that asked every single guest how they are, while staying on task. It was clear by the guests' reactions, how rare this is nowadays.

Additional shout out to the young man that made our subs and has been there for years! He laughed along with us through our nonsense and had a great attitude.

And finally the young lady stocking the chips that let us pick ours before hauling the shelves off to restock.

“These are the best sandwiches in Charlotte that I’ve had in >10 years. No comparison. The only negatives are that the deli is so slammed always because everyone else apparently agrees… and that they’re not open later! But they do have premade/refrigerated sandwiches at least. And the other snacks and drinks in the place are 👌👌. One of the only places i think to recommend people, or miss when I’m not living nearby.“

“I had the most exceptional service at this businesses. Not only was the owner the biggest sweetheart ever but the two employees on shift stole my heart. The gorgeous blonde one with frosty blue eyes and freckles like the sun tap-danced across her cheeks was so kind and polite to me as she rung my order up. “Had a great experience with a to go order from this McAlister's location. They were super busy around lunch time, so my order took a little longer than normal (which I totally expected). I didn't expect it to take off but it was a real honest review of my first time trying Capriotti's. The sandwich itself was crafted to perfection 👌 so creamy and flavorful all the way through. Mine had crispy onion strings, cheese, Chipotle sauce, lettuce, tomato, mayo, mushrooms and sweet peppers. The absolute perfect combo together because it had me shaking my head in disbelief at each bite. I can't wait to try more! ❤️“

“The staff here was amazing. I ordered online and made the mistake of not mentioning that I wanted it cold I tried to get there as fast as I could but they had already started the process. “Today makes my third visit at any Potbelly ever. I experienced a wonderful first impression on my initial visit by expedient and quality the food and service was and made a point to return. Wish I didn't have to pay more for the flatbread option; I love wraps and sandwiches, but I'm just not a fan of eating an excess of doughy breads. I digress.

On the 2nd visit, the service and experience felt a bit rushed, and upon inspecting my sandwich later on, it wasn't up to par as the first. HOWEVER, my third visit allowed me to speak to the manager Paul who is kind and understanding of what little concerns I had, and handled the solution with patience and professionalism during a busy lunch hour.

It's because of my experience with him that I'm inclined to come back more often. Overall, the food is great here and the ingredients are of good quality when handled with care and attention. I definitely recommend.“
