“This is located at the Optimist Hall Food Court. I ordered the Mac Melt with fries and a drink. It was very filling. Presentation was amazing and the employees are kind and helpful.

I spent about $20 for a meal. Fries are not included with grilled cheese sandwich option. Ordering was easy and I gave them my number and was alerted when my food was ready.

Love Optimist Hall because of the indoor and outdoor seating options. They have different food shops and little shops (stationary, plan shop). I enjoyed coming here twice in a week.“

Parking: Plenty of spots, they even have 15 minute parking out front if you need to run in to grab your meal real quick.

“I met Phil and Denise at a restaurant I work at. They knew everyone there so I asked them how. They mentioned they owned a local restaurant and that I should stop by. So glad I did! I ordered the turkey and cheese on rye with a side of potato salad. This was my first time having rye bread and it was so fresh! It’s made in house. This is a perfect spot for lunch. I now see why it’s so popular! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. you’ll leave full and happy. Show this place some love, you won’t regret it.“

“i went here at peak lunch hour so the wait in line was 20 minutes and i can say with absolute certainty it was worth the wait!!! i ordered the milanesa torta which was so delicious, the bread was super crispy and the milanesa was perfectly cooked, very flavorful. i usually dont like tomatos but this torta made them delicious! my sister ordered the number 11, which in her words was " really good!" will absolutely be coming again but maybe not during peak lunch! definitely recommend visiting!“

“This is a very unusual setup for these restaurants, but the food was fantastic. My wife is from the Philly area and she really enjoyed the steaks. Note that the location houses multiple restaurants with one dining area, so find your way inside the large orange doorway and discover some great food!“

“The owner of this location is truly amazing. She never fails to amaze my girlfriend and I when we go in. She is extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and fast. “Food is good. Open hours are kind of odd though. I went in as google indicated they were open until 3pm on Sunday. When I arrived about 2:30 from first Glance they appeared to be closed. I then looked at the hours on the door and it indicated they were closed on Sunday. Then I seen a paper sign indicating they were open Sundays until 3pm in September. As I was about to leave I seen a worker sweeping and tried the door and it opened. Suffice it to say next time I am calling to verify they are open before going.“

“Ok, let me start off by saying I love sandwiches! One of our favorites was closed today, so we tried this place out. We will be back! Amazing! Sadly, I forgot to take pictures of our sandwiches or our empty wrappers. the soup container is empty. We had the Capastrami and meatball subs. Both very satisfied. “Just got to start out with a shout out to Jaeshawn (hope that's how you spell it) and Gabe, them guys did it up right for me and my family.

We drove here (2 hrs) last weekend because we just wanted to slide out of town and we had capriottis before (MB location). This location was by far better and those guy working there did something to the building and food cause it felt like I was so welcome there and the food was so good.

I got that Chipotle Crunch last week and I had to go get another different sub after I ate that one for a to go sandwich. The original Italian was the best Italian sandwich I ever had and I love sandwiches.

We went back this weekend because my wife was craving another hot Bobbie, so of course happy wife happy life lol. I got the chicken Parm this time, it was a great sandwich. The marinara, OMG love the flavor and it was warm and almost like the meat and everything was just melting in my mouth. Before we left, I had to get one for later again. I got the grilled Italian, very good sandwich even after it wasn't hot no more hours later.

Again just want to say Jaeshawn and Gabe were the best. Hope these guys continue to put that magic/love into the work they do. Not enough people seem like they are proud of the food and work they put in but these guys are what you want when you go to eat somewhere.

Also, we got there, ordered and sat down to eat less than 30 minutes before they closed. We all felt bad but those guys made me and my family feel welcome to take our time even if they were closing. Usually restaurants want you to hurry and get out so they can finish up and go home but those guys just wanted us to enjoy what we came there for.

Parking: I didn't have a problem with parking either time I went there.

Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere was very kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a wheelchair ramp right in front of the store from the parking lot to the sidewalk/entrance.“

“I write this review with the upmost gratitude for the kindness and service delivered by D and Taylor last night. My family of four came in before closing and we were still greeted with warm hellos and energy. D was patient and lighthearted as he worked with my mom and dad, who were first-timers and inquisitive. They had several questions about the menu and multiple last minutes additions. Every question was met with grace and a smile. He even talked me into trying the Italian for the first time. An amazing choice that I will definitely be getting again.

“I was a little sad when I was told this location couldn't deliver to our office 2.9 miles away, but I also understand this was not decided by the employee on the phone. I picked up our order instead and the staff was extremely friendly, the prices are great, and the sandwiches are freaking delicious and well-made. But please consider broadening your delivery range for this store (or opening up a store closer to Pineville/Westinghouse Rd area).“

“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“
