“I want to say thank you to the Reese Blvd location. My son has been sick and has not eaten much in a week. After hours in the emergency room, my son said he only wanted a Jimmy John's sub. When we got there we found out they closed 15 minutes ago... As we were walking to the car, the store associate opened the door and said he can make our sandwiches since they had not packed up for the night. Thank you to the associates who reopened to make our sandwiches. My son ate half and loved it!“
“Ate lunch at Firehouse today and was surprised to see only one employee working with several customers in the store. The employee, Dana, was working as hard as she could go and handling in person and mobile orders the best she could. Dana was very respectful and helpful to each customer I saw her handle even though she was obviously overwhelmed. A customer came up with a custom order and changed the order while being made and Dana handled the situation perfectly. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel Dana was an excellent employee for Firehouse a should be commended. The manager should do everything they can to be sure they retain her and get her some help in there.“
“I’ve eaten at Jimmy John’s all over Florida, all over North Carolina, all over Ohio, a this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to!!!! The employees that work there are super nice and everything is so clean, my subs are always made great, they are always smiling and asking how my day is! I love these people, they are so nice!!! But Jimmy John’s corporate I need yall to bring back the kickin ranch!!! The jalapeño ranch is alright but no where near as good as the kickin ranch! I know this store can’t change it but maybe corporate will see my review. Anyways I love Jimmy John’s! East coast Italian is my go to! Stop by here and you won’t regret it!“

“Wanted something different for lunch and Banh Mi Brothers had a great solution to my craving. Ordered the Porchetta - Heo Quay at the counterand about 7-10 minutes later they brought the sander to my table. The bread can really hold up to the meat and sauce. The meat itself was flavorful. The kimchi provided a cool, crispy contrast to the meat and bread. Put it all together and there's a lot going on in this sandwich! There are several tables inside and even a few on the patio m. With the quick service this could easily be a go-to for a quicker, tasty lunch.“

I shared the giant Italian sub and I had them cut it in half and then they also caught it in another half to make it easier to eat.We went with the Parmesan rosemary bread and it was pretty good.
