The manager Calton is the definition of Good Customer Service
I came in with a group and placed a fairly large to-go order within 15 minutes of closing. The customer service was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meal. The food was very fresh, even near closing. Thank you, Godfrey, for the great service!
Amazing food and even better customer service. Colton the Manager needs to teach courses on customer service. He took our drink order before we even placed them on the App. The food came out nice and hot and my half a sandwich had so much stuff in it I could have made a whole sandwich with it. Will definitely go back often. Highly recommend the Steele Creek location.

McAlister's Deli is a restaurant known for its excellent service and delicious food. The salad bar is particularly popular and the Ruben sandwich is a favorite among customers. The staff is commended for their consistency and the restaurant is noted for its cleanliness. Additionally, McAlister's Deli is praised for offering great tea, which can be purchased by the gallon and customized to desired sweetness levels. However, some customers express concerns about the consistently low indoor temperature and high prices for meals.
