Food is great but I am more impressed by the manners, customer service, and general positivity of the employees! We’ve been numerous times and their personable personalities are always so refreshing and unfortunately rare these days. So thank you; it matters!
Over the food is good, it's a sub place so you can't really go wrong. My go to is the streak hot sub and more than once my hot sub isn't even hot. The meat is cold like it came out the fridge, doesn't even seem like the cared to warm up a hot sub

We started coming to FH because we liked the steamed sandwiches. Last two times we've been here the bread was somewhat warm but the fillings were all cold. If I'm wrong for expecting a warmed throughout sandwich let me know and I'll just go to Subway or Jimmy John's.
