I love going to Chick-fil-A at Rea road location because of the service and atmosphere the most. The staffs are very friendly and Keith is such a nice person who keeps checking how was the food and if we need any refill or anything. Also the restaurant is so clean and tidy all the time despite how busy is the restaurant. I took a break from DoorDashing to grab a Cobb Salad for lunch. I usually order the grilled nuggets, today I ordered the regular Cobb—the golden fried strips. Sitting adjacent to me was a family, the dad, his two toddler boys wearing baseball caps and his parents. The boys were making the joyful noise kids make.

Parents of the high schoolers who work at this Chick-fil-A should be beaming with joy. Their customer service is top-notch. The order is ALWAYS right. They are cordial when I pull up in the drive-thru and it is consistent at the service window.
