What you see is what you get from Jersey Mike's Subs because some days the service and food is good then there are days the service and food are mediocre. I don't seek out Jersey Mike's but it's on occasions where someone is with me that wants to try this location. The store is clean, the noise level is decent and the employees overall are mostly happy to be there. These days they prioritize online orders over people who are actually there waiting. To wait ten minutes while you are the only costumer in the store is infuriating, while they build a sub for someone who will be there in half an hour.
