No one answers the phone for orders to go. Ordered online. Had to wait at least 20 minutes past the pickup time. Food had been sitting there in a bag the entire time ready to go. Aside from the sandwich maker the remainder of the pickup staff was lost and couldn't even package the orders correctly.

This team continues to shatter my expectations in the best way possible. I’m a bit of a regular here and for a couple of good reason’s consistency and quality. But today they went over the top. The guy on the grill called me on my cell after he noticed a mistake in my regular order, I was able to fix it over the phone without it affecting my lunch break. I can honestly say I don’t think any food place has ever called me back to make sure my order was right. These guys are awesome. See you all tomorrow !

Have been to this place a couple of times for a take out. The food is fine. But they charged me last time for a foot-long Phili steak sandwich but gave me a half. Also charged a sweet tea bottle which was not either in my order nor given to me in the bag. Will not return to this place. Dishonest service.

I really enjoy the food. But they make too many mistakes on orders. Stop trying to remember 4 different sandwichs, and make them one at a time and get it right, the first time.

I have been to this location 5 or 6 times and they are always very busy with online or call in orders which is fine. But today was the second time in my last three visits where I have been given the wrong sandwich. It is so frustrating to get home and not have what I ordered. I’m sure whoever got my sandwich is just as frustrated. I would rather wait an extra minute for them to make sure they’re doing it right.
