The food is always prepared fresh and is ALWAYS ALWAYS ON POINTTTT, the ladies are always laughing and smiling and social, the drive thru line never takes too long, and they NEVER short change you on sauce and napkins! Favorite Arby's by far! I have social anxiety but it's so easy to communicate with the staff and make sure we're all smiling by the end of the order. The food was great I was a little disappointed that the employee working at the drive-through was not familiar with the signs on the windows. There were signs for customers that have the Arby's apps and when I asked a question she told me I would just have to drive around the building and look at the sign again. The food was great but a little disappointed with the service.
