My local pizza hut in Waxhaw NC always satisfies. The food is always accurate and ready when promised. I rarely eat out, but this place gets my money when I do specifically because of the dedication of the manager over the last few years. He always has a smile, always engages guests,is always helping wherever he can and I know he has held it down with just one employee one more than one occasion. Had no issues at this pizza hut. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely get pizza from here again. Especially if they have the special for a large 3 topping pizza again! Chicken, bacon, and pineapple were great on it! Prices were good and they brought the pizza out to my car when it was ready. Good place.

We’ve gotten pizza here a couple times and have always been impressed with how good it was. But what really nailed this rating was Super Bowl Sunday. The little store was so slammed customers lined out the door. But even still, the second clerk took the time to patiently show me each pizza and make sure it was to my satisfaction before I left with them. She was so pleasant, I didn’t feel hurried at all. Great customer service AND great pizza.
