Picked up lunch at 11:30 today and was truly impressed watching Brian single-handedly manage the entire store and every customer. Not another soul was working alongside him. Despite the challenge, he never complained or made excuses. Instead, he seamlessly juggled multiple tasks while remaining exceptionally professional and friendly.
I'm from Philly, and this is the best here in Charlotte area.
