Stopped by this location as I’m working out of town today and this was such a lovely Jersey Mike’s! Order was ready when I came in to pickup, all the employees were friendly and helpful. As I sat and ate, I was so encouraged to hear every customer greeted and employees talking to those customers like old friends. It really warmed my heart! This is hands down, the best location I’ve been to! Thank you for being kind and making my crazy day better! If I’m in the area again, I’ll come back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free subs are awesome here!

Tried this place for the first time. I bought a Steak and cheese grinder. It was terrible. The meat had No flavor and chewed like something other than steak. The price ? I can say I’ve been now. But I won’t come back or recommend. I really thought it was going to get a Steak and cheese grinder that I would definitely recommend to people I know. The prices are HIGH for no reason.Parking: Good

Placed an order around 11:30 and got the item ready around 12:30. They are really busy, but if you do not have enough time, this is not good for you.
I was at the Jersey Mike’s in Matthews Township Parkway in Matthews, NC, on Thur. Feb.13, 2024 and the line was the longest I have ever seen! There were three people working two on the front line - a young lady and gentleman and another young man in the background and they moved that line so expediently and professionally!! Everything was perfect— they didn’t miss a beat. I just have to say it’s been a while since I have seen that level of customer service, efficiency and professionalism! It was refreshing!! Wish I had gotten their names! But, I will be back!

Staff was friendly enough. Sandwich was not good. Roast beef was very dry and the lettuce was just gross. Other ingredients on sandwich were fine but probably not worth paying for. Doubt I'd return for another try. Also, counting the 10% tip I accidentally added in, this medium sandwich combo cost over $17!
