When I decide that I want xtra protein I will now go inside to order and watch them make my food. I ordered online today and ordered extra protein. Because of previous experience, I opened the tray in front of the server and had to ask where is the Protein. NONE! On line ordering with Chipotle Matthews is not good if you want what you paid for.
solid chipotle! i always order to-go online when i get off work. my order is ready on time, made perfectly with amazing portions, and consistently tastes amazing every time. only downside is stale chips most of the time but that’s a price i’m willing to pay 😂
People could be more friendly but gotta get my chiptole.
