“I love El Valle. Family owned. Has been in Matthews for many years. My family and I have been eating here for probably 10 years. The service is excellent. They don't have much turnover in staff so they remember us. Now that our son has moved away, they always ask how he is doing. The food is always fresh and excellent. Our order is always correct. The prices are reasonable. My favorites are Chimmichanga, Polo Adobe, Polo Especial, Fajita. I love their salsa.“

“I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this Sabor location. The quality of the food has always been top notch, ingredients are fresh and the scratch made salsas are on point. Most notably though, the staff at this location are absolutely best in class. My family and I always feel like "family" when we dine here. Beginning with Luis who is simply the best there is when it comes to making us feel right at home. He is gracious, always kind to us and our children during our visits. I know chips & salsa, tacos and burritos are not exactly hard to come by in the area but, this location really shines in terms of the food and most certainly customer service.
