“New ownership has made all the difference at this place! The food is delicious now and the portions are crazy-big. They renovated and it's so much nicer inside. The food is very fresh. seemingly from scratch and the garlic knots are SO GOOD. We forgot to take pictures of our dishes which is too bad because the stromboli was giant. We also had a pizza and the sauce was delicious. If I had to say something critical in an effort to be more objective, the pizza could have used a few more mushrooms and onions for our preference but it was still delicious. They also have a nice dessert selection. We were really pleased and will be back regularly.“

“This restaurant is absolutely amazing. First of all, it is beautiful and in a very convenient place. The waiter was just so nice and owned the restaurant. He seemed calm, happy, and ready to serve. For the fun of it, our waiter decided to let my brother serve our table, showing him how to serve in this particular restaurant. At the end of our dine in, he took off money from our order because of my brother serving our family. He was very funny and we had a great time. On top of this, it was my dad’s birthday today, and he had a marvelous time watching my brother serve our family and eating his very delicious chickpea and quinoa chicken. The food came out quickly and was absolutely comforting. I myself also had a lemonia, which is a drink with soda, lemon, mint, and agave. Overall this restaurant deserves a visit and needs a five star review.“
“The experience was so good I had to write the review before we even left. Our group came to celebrate a couple of birthdays and got sat with Cole, a staff member so knowledgeable and sociable that he immediately elevated the experience. Music and atmosphere were great. Definitely has the high energy music that I like.Food came out pretty quickly along with a complimentary chips and salsa.I ordered three different tacos to get a variety of flavors. A shrimp, pulled pork and a slightly larger beef taco.Normally I expect a mouthwatering bite of flavor out of one of those tacos. All of them tasted good but not great. Nothing exceptional about it. My buddies also did not love their food.If I spend $30+ on tacos and split a margarita pitcher with the boys; I need it to be BANGING. When I go back I’ll try out a new plate to see if there something more my style on the menu.Also not the restaurants fault but the parking was close to impossible to find without using the pay to park garage.“

The other lady working could give a master class on Japanese whiskey's from what I heard her explaining to another customer. I will definitely make this a regular stop whenever I am in town. “I recently ate breakfast at Ruby Sunshine for the first time, and I was very impressed. The service is very good and the food is delicious. We started off with the beignets that were so tasty. I had the Three Little Pigs omelet that comes with bacon, ham, and sausage with grits and a delicious buttermilk biscuit. It was so good. The bar looks really cool, and I need to have a cocktail the next time I come back. If you are looking for a good breakfast/brunch spot in Ballantyne, I recommend Ruby Sunshine.“

We arrived and were seated at the bar for the ticketed event. Their policy is to allow only the number of guests in the bar who can be seated. This leads to the experience that we enjoyed immensely. “I booked Black Moth Bars for my Asheville wedding last weekend and I can honestly say it was the best/my favorite wedding decision that we made. We rented the green camper and did two signature cocktails with the team. From the beginning it was such a pleasurable experience. Sam and Rachel and the whole team were so communicative, professional, friendly, and were quick to answer any questions I had in a timely manner, whether that was through email, text, or hopping on the phone. When it came to picking out our signature cocktails, we had so much fun traveling to Charlotte to meet Sam. We were given 4 full cocktails each to sample and choose from which was such a fun experience. There was even a delicious charcuterie board waiting for us at our tasting!! Sam went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful for her. She even went out and bought a frame for me to display our cocktail menu at the bar on the wedding day. On our wedding day, it came as no surprise that the camper bar and the signature drinks were the talk of the night. Sam was open to all my suggestions, helping me decide what kind of "welcome cocktail" to choose, which liquor would be best in our drinks, etc. They even sent over a shopping guide with recommended beers, wines, and liquors which made the entire alcohol purchase process easy and painless. If you're on the fence about booking Black Moth Bars...just DO IT. You will not regret it. “Nice place with good music and atmosphere, their cocktails were the best, we went here hoping tasting wine but that is only on Tuesday, we told the person assisting us we were here first time but we got very limited information however the bartender was around and she was super friendly and sharing information about the wine tasting days , we saw few reviews on Bellini cocktail and wanted to have it but came to know their menu changed and made us a version without slushy it was very good, for the next one we asked her to make one of her specials and she gave us a drink which was too good it was not in the menu. My wife also ordered the same drink and she told hers tasted even better with lime touch, she is the best.The food options were very limited but the way it was presented and quality is great . We ordered hummus plates and mushroom flatbread, we liked both, the food we ordered, the food menu also keeps changing here!!overall we had great experience and we will be back to the wine tasting someday.“

My friend and I shared several tapas and enjoyed every one of them. My favorite was the gnocchi with lamb ragu & her favorite was the pork belly bao bun. I highly recommend this restaurant but be aware that it is small & has maybe 10 or so tables.“
