Josh was great! Very attentive and even offered to replace a drink I wasn’t satisfied with. I wasn’t even going to ask. He just noticed I wasn’t drinking it. Josh was a 10/10 server!!!
Adam, Danielle, and Stephen are the ABSOLUTE BEST BARTENDERS. From my experience coming in to leaving was nothing short of amazing! Please keep them here. I enjoyed the conversation, attentiveness, and all around personalities. What a beautiful staff that Caroline’s Oyster Bar has.

We were in town for one night, an unexpected stay. We decided to make the most of it. Caroline’s sparked our interest and was an easy walk from our hotel. It did NOT disappoint!! In fact, it checked all the boxes: ✅ food, ✅ drink, ✅ staff, ✅ atmosphere, ✅ location, ✅ price. This has been added to our “when in Charlotte again” list.
