This place is fantastic. 5 stars. Beautiful food, service, and atmosphere.
I celebrated my birthday at Carolinas oyster bar last night. The hostess advised a table for two wait time was about an hour. I said okay, she responded back do you want to be added to the wait list? I said okay. She said she didn’t know if I wanted to wait! As we waited we had drinks at the bar, the bartender made a strawberry lemon drop, the best! Calamari and oysters for appetizers. We were in town for one night, an unexpected stay. We decided to make the most of it.
Caroline’s sparked our interest and was an easy walk from our hotel.
It did NOT disappoint!! In fact, it checked all the boxes: ✅ food, ✅ drink, ✅ staff, ✅ atmosphere, ✅ location, ✅ price.
