“We stopped here for the night. The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were very courteous and professional. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was good. It's got plenty of parking, a nice pool area and gym too. Directly across the street is Fonta Flora Brewing, great place to have a pint and relax after a long drive. We will stay here again.“

“Highlands Butchery has quickly become our favorite place to dine and/or have a drink. We find ourselves there at least once a week. The staff, bartenders and servers have all come to know us, and they treat us like VIPs every time we visit. They also have a bourbon club, that meets monthly to sample some special spirits. Family-owned, and truly farm to table with fantastic grass-fed/grass-finished beef, and pork. I believe the farm is only about 6 miles down the road. You can also purchase their meats to take home and cook yourself.“
