“We went to dine last Friday night and were fortunate to immediately snag bar seats on an incredibly busy night. Had absolutely phenomenal service from Leslie who was prompt, friendly, and attentive! I had the salmon and my husband had the ribeye, both of which were cooked to perfection by Jennifer! The entire restaurant was packed with wait-times quoted up to an hour and while we didn't end up having to wait ourselves, it would have absolutely been worth it! Shout out to Will as well, the manager on duty at the time, and to all of the incredible staff there who ran things so smoothly and efficiently. The quality and service were top-notch even on such a busy night! Cannot recommend enough.”

My husband loves a bright pink drippy burger and most places can’t deliver, but his was perfect here! Fried green beans were stellar. Pretty good local beer and cider selection. Kelsie crushed it as a new hire, even found hubs missing wallet 😂. Do it…stop here. Great place for post kayaking fuel.”

“As I have been traveling from Tennessee to Charlotte NC every week or other week at minimum the past 8 months I have been adding this stop just so I can get Cookout and E85 fuel right up the road from here more and more. Cookout is a great place to get a big meal that's still fast food but with a more similar down or mom and pop style of food and portions. The food is almost always fixed hot and to my liking, with bigger portions for the prices it's really a no brainer for me. Keep the lot and parking areas clear and clean with friendly staff and great prices what's not to love? One thing to note is there's no public restrooms or areas to wash your hands so be clean before arriving 🤣. Handicap parking available (but just to dine).”

The servers are always solid. Slam burger always good for me and all the sweet pancakes and other options my family always enjoys.”

“I ordered our Thanksgiving meal from them consisting of a delicious Turkey already cooked, and then 2 additonal sides that we needed to bake in the oven. Unfortunatel, when I got home from picking it up I realized our oven quit working so they told me I could bring back the 2 sides and they would cook it for me!! 🙏😊 They absolutely saved our Thanksgiving meal!!!🙌🙌🙌 Not only was the food absolutely delicious,, but they were incredibly kind and generous to help me out on such a time demanding and important holiday! I am so grateful there are people still out there in the world who would do anything to take care of their customers even when it's the customers (me) fault! Lol.
