“I’ve ate at several Mexican Restaurants. While on a training trip I was in the area and stopped by here. I have to say the food was one of, if not the best I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“As a mother of a Guatemalan son, I'll only go to Little Guatemala for their rich in shop brewed and roasted coffee and to Mí País for the delicious homemade Guatemalan food. Staff here are so friendly and love the Spanish music they have playing when I walk in. Ordered many times from this restaurant and they never fail to make the most delicious Guatemalan food in all of Morganton. Looking for authentic, delicious food from the Guatemalan country? Look no further than Mí País. Love their traditional Guatemalan chicken soup and their Pollo Loco. Gracias al maravilloso personal y cocineros de este fabuloso restaurante. “We walked to the restaurant from the comfort inn. What a great experience, tasty food and well portioned. Service was friendly, happy and attentive and the space was comfortable. They even have a buffet if you feel like indulging. Definitely try this restaurant !“

“Love love love this place. Came here for lunch after a backpacking trip, the food was delicious and there was a lot of it. Our server was friendly and on top of everything. Everyone here was friendly. Will be back again the next time I’m in town.“
