One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area, in my opinion. To be honest I had forgotten this place was here for a long time until a co-worker mentioned it. Since then I've been several times and the food is always fantastic and the prices are quite reasonable in comparison to other places. I absolutely love the chorizo cheese dip... I've never seen it anywhere but here.The only criticism I have is the service from wait staff can be hit or miss; otherwise, 5 stars.
As someone who grew up here and also spent a considerable amount of time living in metropolitan areas like Washington, DC. This Mexican spot is a must-visit. The food is fresh, delicious, and so affordable. They have a salsa bar for you to try different types of salsas. The service is friendly, quick, casual, and easy. The decor is simple and unassuming. This is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Super nice family, they recognize us as soon as we walk in. The menu is priced right, the food is always freshly prepared and this is the one place where I can get liver and onions whenever I have a craving. I absolutely love their horchata as well.
