“We are visiting family in Hickory while on vacation and wanted some good Mexican food. Rancho Viejo did not disappoint. The food was amazing and came out sizzling hot. The food tasted delicious and the portions so generous. Our server Chema was so polite and attentive to us throughout the meal. We definitely recommend eating here and we will come back when we visit again.“

“Bisteck a la Mexicans was awesome- tender steak with peppers & onions, rice & beans. Lots of meat for little $$- 1 to go container gave 3 meals worth of meat with just adding some additional beans. Don’t be intimidated by Hispanic focused shopping center and Spanish menu-hostess was very friendly. Only quibble is I would have liked more rice and beans. Unlikely to eat in, modest dining room, but great to go food“

“Great Mexican restaurant!! We really enjoy coming here for their authentic Mexican cuisine. I enjoy the quesadillas, fajitas, and enchiladas. They have really good chips and salsa as well. If you're craving Mexican food and you're in the area, give this place a try. I think you'll enjoy it thoroughly. ?
Parking: There's enough parking for everyone, but it's a tight parking lot.“

“The band that was playing during our meal was loud and made it difficult for our group to hear each other's conversation. We asked to be moved and the request was granted. Second location was better than the table directly in front of the band. The band's music did not fit the theme or food served by Mas Amor.“
