“Had the Carolina sandwich, brisket with house BBQ sauce. Outstanding! Brisket had a great smoke and rub on it and the sauce was a great balance is smoke, sweet, salty etc. My son had th Charleston (brisket with pimento cheese) so so so GOOD!“

“This Texas smoke house did not disappoint! Marcus is an exceptional pit master. I had the smoked chicken, chopped pork, chopped brisket and burnt ends and some banana pudding (don’t miss it). Proteins were fantastic and they offer 5 sauces at the table to fix or mix your flavors. I am a mixer so sweet nc red and mustard or Texas Heat and some Alabama White were fun to experiment. Come out for the great smoked proteins and be happy. The burnt ends were alittle salty but that sometimes happens were the mesquite is really smokin hot. I was not upset with a little extra saltiness.
The banana pudding was fluffy (whipped cream infused) and very flavorful. I went back for more and more.
I wish I lived in the area, this would be a frequent treat for me. Oh and Marcus was willing to share some pit master tips. I love friendly people!
