“Absolutely could not say enough great things about JD’s! A few weeks before my wedding, we had multiple catering options fall through. JD’s saved the day, making food to feed my almost 100 people guest list. It was ready on time for pickup. Food was hot, delicious, & fairly priced. Best bbq in town, we’ll definitely be back!“

“This is a landmark in Hickory, NC. If you need bbq & slaw for family or large crowd, this is the place to get it. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is consistent. Anytime we pick up from here, people always say how good it is and want to know where we get it. The tiny building is always so clean inside and out.“

“We have been eating at Mt. View BBQ for over 30 years + it has been a fixture here in Mt view many years now , a good country restaurant for breakfast and supper, they do their best to please you , no complaints ,good breakfast and meals. At a fair price .“

“Love this Restaurant! Has always been the best place place to get Tea and much more. And it feels like home the food is excellent the staff are exceptional food service laborers and parking is a little tight but not bad. I wander if a drive thru window pickup is creatable but it's the best home town food you'll find within the county.“

“Excellent food and service! This was our second time to Cranford Brothers BBQ and that’s always worrisome, especially if you raved about it to the family you brought in this time. No disappointments in the sequel! Tai took great care of us and every dish and side was fantastic. We’re looking forward to many happy returns.“

“Talk about such an amazing dinner! Curtis and his crew did such a wonderful job at my wedding. The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone got To-go plates and there was nothing left…Even my picky eaters enjoyed it. so now I’ve convinced my husband we have to go atleast once a week. Definitely check out the Mac and cheese! And check out his daughter’s cake business.. talk about the most moist and delicious cake around!“

“We went here for a late lunch. I'm the only one in my family who needs a gf menu, no one else has any restrictions. We ALL loved our meals and desserts. Highly recommend. Food was good and the young lady working the counter was super friendly. Wish we lived closer and could visit more often.“

“I ate lunch here on a Monday. 2:30 PM. I had the soup and salad combo for $9.59. French onion soup was absolutely delicious! Salad was also good and was served in a chilled bowl. (Nice touch!) Our waitress could not have been better! I will return! I asked the waitress if French onion soup to go works very well. She explained on to go orders they keep the cheese separate from the soup and when you get home, you add the cheese and microwave. I’ll have to try that!“

“This was our first time here. We went early on Saturday for dinner. There was not a line. The service was good. The food was good. There is plenty of parking. There is a light on US321 so easy to get in and out. I got a steak and my wife got the pork chops. Both were good. I do recommend this place.“

“Cook Out never disappoints! The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the milkshakes were on point with tons of flavor options. Great value for the price, and the staff kept things moving smoothly even with a line. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something quick and satisfying. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
