The crew people were nice and the prices were very good but I was so disappointed in the food. The portions were really small and the fries were burnt. The lady checking us out was brand new and there was nobody there to help her figure out where the food items were that we wanted on the register. She should have had a manager helping her until she was better educated. She was friendly and determined to learn, but that's not the point. You know if you want your customers to come back you should be decent and not say things back with a attitude I ordered two shakes and ask the young lady at the window which one was which she rudely said they are labeled on the side. When I told her she did t have to be rude she shut the window.Cookout is definitely going down hill
