Went in on 4-10-24 around 4:30pm. Food was great,AND the 3 young ladies working were excellent!!! It was so wonderful to see employees that went out of their way to be helpful.I hope Whoever owns this store realizes how rare it is this day and time to have employees who go above and beyond!!!!
Love Firehouse Subs
Great customer service and food.

Firehouse Subs in Lenoir is a restaurant that offers delicious and fresh food, including ham subs, smoked BBQ, and coleslaw. The service is consistently excellent, provided by friendly employees who go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Customers have noted that the atmosphere is wonderful, and the store is very clean. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a wide dining area and large, accessible restrooms. While some customers suggest that subs taste best when enjoyed immediately in the restaurant, they appreciate the variety of chip selections. The drink machine sometimes has out-of-stock options, but overall, the food is fresh and service is great. The restaurant is conveniently located with available parking in front of the store.
