The staff was great today!
Absolutely awesome service, extremely friendly, my burger was less done than I would have liked and they immediately fixed it, waiter was amazing, the manager was too. All the staff seemed really happy and I overheard them training other staff and how they actually cared. Very rare to find a restaurant like that, I will definitely be going back. LongHorn Steakhouse offers exceptional, delicious steaks cooked perfectly with great salads. Their food is excellent with a down-home cooking feel. Don't forget to try the Blooming Onion. The place is family-friendly with good music and a variety of drinks, including delicious cocktails. Wheelchair accessibility is good and safe. The Flo's 6 oz filet is absolutely delicious and a must-try, along with the perfectly cooked ribeye and fantastic Parmesan crusted chicken. On busy nights, the wait can be long but worth it, with efficient service from friendly staff like Leslie and Tay. Even when packed, the quality and service remain top-notch. For curbside pickup, they quickly resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
