The workers were terrific, however the supervisor/manager on duty coudnt be bothered to do his job. He was more interested in standing in the back talking to a friend or whoever it was, than to help his over run restaurant get their orders out in a timely manner. Food was terrific as usual for Firehouse.
The Hook & Ladder is my all-time favorite sandwich. Unfortunately, my eyes were bigger than my stomach, and I ordered the large. At first, I thought I would eat half now and the rest later. But noooooo. It was so good, I ate the whole thing. Now I am in a food coma. Wake me up when it's time for bed.

It is so busy during lunch time and with all the online orders. Service was sooo slow. Not their fault but it is the longest I have to wait in a deli. Feels like 20min.Sandwich is getting smaller and more expensive now. $10 for a medium, that sucks. Used to be $11 for large and stack with meat. I don't know if I eat at firehouse again. Used to be my favorite chain sandwich shop.
