“I would like to take a moment to recognize Mary, the Store Manager at the Panera Bread location in Morganton, North Carolina, for providing such outstanding service and consistently creating an excellent dining experience.

I visit Panera on a weekly basis, and I truly appreciate the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and, most importantly, the exceptional customer service I receive at the Morganton location. During my most recent visit, Michael was the team member who took my order, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. His positive attitude and genuine willingness to assist made a great experience even better.

I recently visited the Hickory, North Carolina location and unfortunately did not have the same positive experience. That comparison made me appreciate the Morganton team even more.

I believe people should be recognized when they go above and beyond, and I want to give credit where credit is due. Mary and the entire Morganton team are doing an outstanding job, and it absolutely shows in the way customers are treated.
