He was nervous, new—just a month in—and stuck solo on a Saturday at 3:30. Busy stretch, no help. Felt unfair, rushed... honestly, I ended up hurrying to pay and leave so I wouldn't be in his way.
Usually there's this female sandwich artist there—she's got a calm, comfy energy that makes the whole thing relaxing. This wasn't bad on him—he did great for being so green—but seeing him stressed out kinda got to me. I don't like that.
I usually only leave reviews when something really sticks out... and this did. Management's gotta think harder about staffing—like, maybe throw in one or two four-hour shift folks to back up whoever's doing the full nine. That way, if it gets hectic, there's actual help.
Still, I'd go back—just hope he's not alone next time. Overall: 4 out of 5“
“Both employees here were so kind. A girl with pink and purple hair that had such a kind and knowledgeable aura. The other woman was so sweet and calm as well.

“4 stars for food only because Subway it's self took away shredded mozzarella and flat bread. I was really hesitant on going to this Subway specifically because I have never had a good experience here. But, I decided to give it one more chance with it being new owners, and I am extremely glad I did!! The 2 employees were GREAT!!! I was even complicated because I have some really picky kids, not one time did one roll their eyes or huff n puff, they did it all with a smile!!“
