Subway in Lincolnton

“I would definitely like to say that Bridget&Morgan are the most amazing and outstanding ladies who work here and they deserve a raise because they are so amazing and talented and outstanding in customer service these ladies are super sweet and take care of me and always are so welcoming and caring these girls are outstanding and amazing customers service!!!!! I highly recommend this subway!!!! Bridget and Morgan are the most outstanding women in the subway. They care about their customers and they take care of their customers if you are in Lincolnton go see these amazing girls because they will take care of you and please treat them with kindness when you go in there. I give them a five star for Customer Service and taking care of us in subway I am honestly super thankful that I met these girls because I enjoy going in there getting subway every day.“

“I'm glad McDonald's system was down because I wouldn't have gone to Subway otherwise. As a first time customer, I was pleased to walk into a clean store with 3 employees working behind the counter. Tavion was the lead on duty and was training two new hires simultaneously. He gave clear instructions snd offered time saving tips to each young man with a kind command. They listened to him. I was impressed with the teamwork and particularly Tavion. Well done, y'all. I'll be back.“

“So I tried to find a survey or something but can’t.
I went a few days ago and was behind a lady in a motorized Walmart cart. This lady was rude and just overall unpleasant. The two young men at the counter (I believe Conner and Skyler? I got their names but lost my note) handled all her problems with the most patience I have seen in a while. The lady complained that the lettuce looked “too brown” (it was fine) and had them grab a new bag out just to appease her.

These two young workers did fantastic, even while she was being difficult the other took and finished my order.

I talked to the manager but unfortunately did not get her name. I wanted to make sure she knew they did well when handling this lady.

People are so quick to leave nasty or negative reviews when things don’t go their way, it takes nothing to leave something positive.
