Subway in Charlotte

“By far, one of the cleanest Subways in Charlotte and one of friendliest, most accommodating sandwich artists!! I wrote this review years ago and it still stands! Subway on Kings drive has to be the best Subway in Charlotte! Consistently, fresh, clean and friendly! The only Subway I patronize in Charlotte!“

“Very rude and unprofessional staff. The Hispanic manager was impolite not only to customers but also to her own team. During business hours, all the chairs were placed on top of the tables, leaving nowhere to sit and enjoy the food, even though plenty of tables and chairs were available. I had to eat my sandwich in my car. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back to this Subway again.

Just giving this 4-star rating to help keep your business visible, but the owner really needs to pay attention. There are already a lot of 1-star reviews — please take this seriously and improve customer service.“

“I love Subway. The Chipotle Southwest steak spinach wrap is to die for. The staff is always real friendly and the prices are really reasonable. I usually go for lunch but sometimes we go for dinner also. Someday I'm going to try their breakfast.“

“While they don't participate in any promotions, I get it, this is a franchise store. Every time I order with the app they make it exactly how I want it. They do need to update their pricing though. The veggie delight still shows $7.99 on their board but you get charged $8.25. And they don't have cups for water.“

“Ordered online a Philly steak footlong sub. Went and picked it up, I didn't check it and I should have. Everything was made the way I asked, the only reason I'm giving a 4 is it was not toasted like I asked. If it was toasted it was for a second at most.“

“Hardworking employees despite being short-staffed. They frequently deal with Karens and a lot of picky people with patience that I don’t have. Anyone reading this, we’re still in a pandemic and please don’t make their jobs harder than it has to. That’s why people across the country don’t want to work in customer service anymore.“

“This Subway is probably one of the better ones I have found. It's located on campus at CPCC. It's located on the 1st floor lobby of the CPCC Levine IT Building (at the corner of Elizabeth and Charlottetowne). It's right inside the main entrance. The food is always fresh, and the staff in my experience has always been friendly. Chrissy and Benita are both great sandwich artists who always do a great job with making my sandwiches. Chrissy even remembers what I get because I get the same thing almost every time! Be aware that this location has limited operating hours as it is limited to CPCC's open hours (closed on the weekends). Also, as with all Subway locations, everything is a bit expensive, but you're offered with a wide variety of options because it's made right in front of you. And unlike Taco Del Costoso down the street that provides small portions for high prices, Subway gives you a lot of food, especially in a footlong sub.“

“this young man with dark curly hair took great care of me and my family, great customer service and made the food extra well. even when my daughter asked to change something after he had made it he did not hesitate to adjust it to what she wanted.“

“AJ was on point this was the third Subway I had came to this particular night. All the other subways were out of food. Whether it was meats or cheese or vegetables.
And they only had one person in the store. So there was not able to take my order unless it was online, but he was able to fulfill my orders in a timely fashion and the food was fresh.
This store had everything I needed for my subs.“

“I want to leave a good review for Shanyiah and Erin. They helped me with my order right before they were closing. I felt bad being the person that walks in two minutes before closing but I was hungry. They were so patient and assisting me with my order. I applaud you two ????“

“This is the only Subway I would make an online pickup order with. Anywhere else, you better be there to see it made. Subway has a lot to offer but the problem is many of their stores are no good and the employees are bottom barrel. Which undermines Subway's attempt to stay relevant. Thankfully, this store is up to standard and maintains quality.“

“This subway loaded my foot long flat bread down with more tuna then lettuce unlike other places that load it down with less meat and more herbs 🌿 I forgot to add my drink when I ordered online and they took care of me like I was a regular customer and this was my very first visit absolutely amazing customer service a d value care“

“This place has came a long way since they opened. The staff are awesome and the customer service is amazing. Karen is super nice and a wonderful example of what customer service should be. I go there usually 2 or 3 times a week and they are always smiling, the service is great, the eating area is very clean. No issues at all!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! A+“

“I used to go a few years ago to this location and it got very bad with service, rarely open, etc. and I stopped going. Today, saw it was under new management so decided to try. It is a huge improvement in cleanliness, speed of service and food quality. I would definitely go back again. Only issue I had was they don't offer brewed iced tea.“

“I haven't had the best experience my first few times but after speaking to the owner directly without them sending me a generic response I was pleased. Although the food wasn't that great the first few times I must say the owner and the manager of this location gave me great customer service and made sure when I returned I had a better experience so for that I will be back again.“

“You know Subway if you seen one you've seen them all I can't tell you anything by special or more special about this Subway they're usually pretty quick which is always a good thing you can call into this one if you know what you want and pick it up later I don't know if that's the thing at all of them but I didn't know it to be true anywhere but this one“
