“What a great job of this store in covering a service for 20 people starting with Sonia and Killie (sorry if your name is not spelled like that) they were so kind I placed the order online and then I went to the store and they took every detail of the order, all the lunch boxes with their label identifying the menu they contained and not to mention shipping! Absolutely incredible, they arrived 25 minutes earlier than agreed and you have the facility of being able to follow the route in almost real time. EzCarter is excellent as well. “This is the location I prefer in RockHill. The order is alway right, staff is courteous, and the facility is clean.This evening I went in at 5 minutes to closing and was still greeted with a pleasant “Welcome to SubWay”.All of the staff I have had interaction with have been pleasant. The young man that waited on me the previous time (he was in training) and then tonight is especially polite. He is tall, slim, and wears glasses. I wish I had noticed his name. The server ID on the receipt says “Served by 8896”.Whoever the owner is would do well to have a store full of him, and his parents have every right be very proud.“
