Subway in Concord

“I personally feel this is the best subway in the area! I have always received great service and my food has always been prepared as expected, not drenched in sauce or toppings ! I always order the same Sandwich every time I go to subway, the meatball, I find most other stores saturate the bread with extra sauce which causes me to just throw the sandwich in the trash and boycott subway for periods of time. , this location however makes it just right! Keep up the good work. Less is more as far as I'm concerned.“

“I was going to stop coming to this location but decided to give them one more try. They have a new black lady working with locks in her hair. She was really nice and opened the door when my son and I left and she made probably the best sandwich I have ever had here. I get the wrap sandwiches and most of the other people that have made it for me in the past it turns out a disappointment because they don’t know how to fold it or either they don’t care if they put too much mayonnaise etc. So, whoever this new lady is I HOPE SHE STAYS!! If she stays I will keep coming back. She was also very nice and courteous to us. This was the first time I have ever been treated this nice at this location. And the sandwich she made was perfect! I’m begging the manager to please try to keep the good people. There was too much turn around in this store this past summer.“

“I had a very pleasant experience at this Subway the other day. A tall girl with brown hair made my order and was very sweet. She was patient with me and explained all the deals they had going on which I was very appreciative of. We were laughing back and forth and overall it was an amazing experience and truly made my day. If you come to this Subway you gotta get this girl to make your food!“

“I LOVE veggies! Subway is the most lovely place for a delicious salad! I am a bread addict too; so it only makes sense that I get a 6" Veggie Delite every time I go to subway. I fix my sub the way I fix my salad - Bun, Salad, Oil/Vinegar! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is fast and they do exactly as I request! Life is good!“

“Chicken sub was great and well prepared. The have day specific deals/offers. Great service. Young man taking orders had the patience of Job dealing with a disorganized customer who changed her order 200 damn times in 10mins. Then, forgot the wallet in the car... lawd Jesus! Young man kept a smile and keep his customers informed of all delays in order. Kudos“

“My husband & I get subs from this location on occasion.
Tonight I stopped by..the two young ladies that were working this evening had a chair propping the front door open, sitting right outside hoping to get some cool air.
Once I walked in, I understood why. Their A/C was out & they told me it has been out for at least a week. This rainy & wet, damp muggy weather is starting to ramp up this week.
I couldn't believe these employees are having to work in these conditions..it was stifling HOT in that store.
Please, owners/management, DO BETTER by your employees, & your customers for that matter who would choose to dine in.
I give these two young ladies 5 stars because even with the atmosphere they're having to work in, they were both on top of their game serving the customer. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but just know this customer received good service.“
