“Had a lovely time here, starting before we even hit the front door. One of the staff noticed that my mom struggles to walk and went out of his way to go and open the doors for us (and we weren't moving quickly, so in addition to being kind he was very patient!). I thought he was maybe on his way out, but no, he just went back in and kept working. Service like that is why I love Chick-fil-A!

The food was excellent as always, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was great to see the manager demonstrating the kind of servant leadership that is missing in a lot of fast food and retail places as he helped customers and stood out in the heat to help keep the drive through lines moving quickly and efficiently. He could have asked someone else to do it, but it is always so uplifting and encouraging to see someone leading by example instead of just bossing others around. We have found our new favorite Chick-fil-A!“

Parking: The parking is free and close to the entrance!!

“Always a solid choice for a quick lunch. Fast service, good chicken and plenty of sauces to choose from. The Nashville chicken is a dry rub not a sauce which makes it not great. A lot of dry peppery flavor on the back of your throat. Other than that, everything else is good.“

“I went through drive through and didn't know what I wanted but the girl was patient and helpful. My 4 year old son likes to receive the food from his car seat and she didn't hesitate to stretch outside of the drive through window to hand it to him! She gave great customer service!“

“We were on the road good home, decided to stop and dine in for lunch. The place was packed, service was very good even during the rush and trainee cashier. Kids everywhere having a good time. Bathroom were clean as expected. We enjoyed the break from the drive.

“Convenient location. The parking lot felt like it had a strange layout. Food was delicious and service was fast and efficient. I always give 5 stars if they give me a creamy salsa dressing for free to spice up my spicy deluxe meal! The best!!“

“I would have given 5 stars because i l LOVE the crispy chicken wraps, but my last visit there, my chicken strips were extremely overcooked, but that's one out several visits my food was bad. They are usually pretty fast as well about the druve thru.“

“I visited this location today for lunch and couldn't be happier with the service and food. All three interactions at the drive-thru were great: Young lady that took my order, the cashier and finally the individual that gave me my food. All very courteous and kind.

I ordered the whopper meal and the burger and fries were piping hot, both were delicious!

“From NJ here visiting family and since we have NO Jack in the Box's up there, this is always a dinner spot. We were greeting walking in and gave our order. I always get a Sourdough Jack Combo, LARGE curly Jack Fries and yes 2 Tacos! Also a JUMBO JACK for later. And can't forget my new JACK ANTENNA BALL! Thanks everyone at the Concord store!“

“This was my first time here and I must say that I am very impressed. This is the BEST Firehouse location and sub I've had in a long time! My recent experiences at other Firehouse locations made me want to not eat there ever again! I'm glad I took a chance on this one! I drove all the way from the Northside of Charlotte. The subs were fresh, well prepared and delicious. We had the infamous Hook n Ladder. So glad to see the sauces station is back!!! I will be back again! The service was also friendly and great as well.“

“I always have a great experience in this McDonalds when I go in the morning when manager Letty and her crew are there, they are so quick, kind and clean. With the exception of the white old skinny lady, which always is on a bad mood with every one, she is either yelling at coworkers or just throwing the food in the table so evident.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to say that Nevaeh is amazing. Every single time I come to that store whether it's drive-thru or indoors, her attitude and customer service is always always phenomenal. She has a very warm spirit, welcoming, even if she sees you for 5 seconds handing your food, and a smile of what customer service is really about and what it should be. We definitely need more people like her, not once have I ever had an issue with the staff there, however hers just stood out because it's consistent. I am not sure of the day that I visited it was a couple days ago and all I bought were two nacho fries and that was it. Unfortunately I did lose my receipt, however, I am hoping that management gives her praise for her excellent customer connection. Being a manager myself, I know what to look for, and she always surpasses my expectations with her excellent customer service!!! “Good roast beef sandwich, and I really enjoy the gryos. Curly fries are always a plus and usually fresh. Customer service is good, but they don't handle a rush very well. Wait times can be long during the rush. Arbys sauce is great, and they got it on tap where you can get as much as you want along with other options.“

“I have never been inside this location but every time I have went through the drive through the service has been quick and helpful. It’s a lot smoother if you order on the app and just pull up but they will let you make adjustments or additions if needed when you arrive.

They are also pretty good about sending emails about things they are doing at this specific location which is a nice touch.

Vegetarian options: They offer salads, fruit, and Mac n Cheese.

Parking: Limited parking inside a busy drive through area.“

“The employees here were SUPER nice and so caring. They made sure we were taken care of and that we got our food ASAP! The food was amazing too - the sweet tea wasnt the sweetest, but thats not something to really complain about. The girl with black hair and facial piercings was SO kind and helpful, too. Highly recommend this store and will definitely come back. (Also, the doughnut bites are to DIE FOR!!!)“

“Food was good for Taco Bell. The double stack tacos were amazing. The cantina Street Chicken Taco (?) was good but i believe they need to be bigger for the price. Service was great, food made fast and the drinks were cold and flavorful.

“when a restaurant doesn't honor a senior citizen coffee or even a discount I don't consider that restaurant even up to one star I would give them a zero because senior citizens should get a discount they do at the whata burger and what sets this name apart from the original company is dashes between the name lol well they're using a well-known name and the original Whataburger company honors senior citizens but not this company ,so I give it a zero the food is not that great but it is very pricey and the drinks aren't included with a meal everything is separate this is a very stingy selfish owned business !!! that at least they could do is honor senior citizens“

“I had to go to the McDonald's because I was driving to the college and I had a severe toothache I got there and the people at the McDonald's and everything in their power to make things okay for me in order for me to get where I needed to go actually appreciate the staff members that took the time out to help me in such a terrible time and a kind of time of need thank you McDonald's staff members y'all are the best“

“I visited this location yesterday 9/14/23 around 6:15pm. I was originally going to the drive-thru, but my 4 year old insisted we go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the register. I had a complicated order, I assume the gentleman that came over to help was the manager/supervisor. He assured me my order would be made exactly the way I wanted, he was amazing! Everyone provided me with excellent customer service, and even made my daughter smile.
