“Today was the first time I've ever had an issue at this location. I had placed a mobile breakfast order, stopped at the speaker and told the team member I was there for a mobile order and gave her my name. Somehow, I received someone else's order and after telling the team member what I actually ordered, I was told that I was supposed to have stopped at the speaker and tell them in advance I was there for a mobile order (which I did). Not sure how all of this got mixed up. Maybe during peak times, have one lane for mobile orders and the other for window orders.“

“UPDATE: Visited the drive through Fri evening. I was greeted by a very pleasant individual in drive through. Service was fast and food was good. I will give them another chance sonit seems they made some changes.visit this location sometimes once a week for inside dining. I have never had a problem. Today unfortunately I had an altercation with the drive through employee. While being yelled at I asked for the manager whom informed me she heard the whole conversation and repeatedly apologized. I felt satisfied with that until I get home to realize the order was wrong. . Some items smashed in bag to add to injury. Then occured to me that once the manager took over ordering , the kid whom now in trouble likely had something to do with the sabotage. So here I am with a wrong order that probably was spit in also. Tons of other places to dine in the area...“

“Afton Chick-fil-a is almost unmatched. They're so quick with it. Everyone here is always super nice and friendly. I enjoy each trip taken here and the location is always doing a lil something for/with the community, I love it. Food is always fresh, can pull off without having to worry if I got all my items. That's like the best part is knowing you actually get what you paid for.“

“My mother in law really enjoys going to any Chick-fil-A, so when I noticed the ad for the pretzel cheddar club, she said let’s go try it! We visited on September 6. I also promised to take her to the nearby Barnes & Noble bookstore. I try to make it a fun trip out, she’s 83.

When we walked in there were many people just waiting for their orders. It seemed a bit disorganized. The restaurant wasn’t as tidy as usual chick fil A’s tend to be. But they were still as courteous & friendly as usual but just busy knocking out orders.

Because my MIL doesn’t eat much, we shared the pretzel sandwich as a meal with fries, and each got our own beverages. I love the sweet tea—it’s my go-to.

Before leaving I also ordered a vanilla shake but mistakenly with whipped cream. My fault!

We enjoyed the pretzel club & everything else!

“Ordered from door dash, my order was cold and I didn't receive part of the order. I drove back up there, the employees were apologetic and remade the entire order and threw in some extras. I deleted my door dash acct. Overall I will go back to Arby's, they fixed the mistakes and the food was great.“

“The indoor dining experience has been amazing. The kiosks work, the bathroom is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The staff actively wipes down tables and sweeps the lobby area. They even offer trays and refills and check on their dine-in customers.“

“Came here just to say the sassy male who works night shift(worked last night 02/25 ) makes my night better everytime I come to this taco bell. He is SO FUNNY and professional. My food isnt always the best ever but the male I mentioned and the girl with the piercing always ask if I need anything else and dont huff and puff if I ask for extra sauce or if theres something missing or off about my meal. They just get me the damn sauce and still remain kind and professional. Its that easy!“

“when a restaurant doesn't honor a senior citizen coffee or even a discount I don't consider that restaurant even up to one star I would give them a zero because senior citizens should get a discount they do at the whata burger and what sets this name apart from the original company is dashes between the name lol well they're using a well-known name and the original Whataburger company honors senior citizens but not this company ,so I give it a zero the food is not that great but it is very pricey and the drinks aren't included with a meal everything is separate this is a very stingy selfish owned business !!! that at least they could do is honor senior citizens“

“Firehouse Subs near Concord Mills is the Movida of the area. They specialize in savory sandwiches that fill you up at a great price. The locals love the staff and their expertise in sandwich artistry. Need something good to eat? Stop on by, tell them Logan sent you. Ask about Woods and Justin too. They are my favorite, besides Chris.“

“Family friendly restaurant, the staff are always polite and autism friendly with our kids . The food is good , warm and brought out not long after ordering. If you want a nice place to sit down and have a pizza in a convenient location this is it. 👍🏻“

“Food was good for Taco Bell. The double stack tacos were amazing. The cantina Street Chicken Taco (?) was good but i believe they need to be bigger for the price. Service was great, food made fast and the drinks were cold and flavorful.

But the one I had tonight, was saucy, cheesy and with chicken! My mom had the best nachos she’s had yet. My cantina taco was so good. And my Doritos taco wasn’t broken!“

“My food as always is perfect. I typically get my order custom, such as extra crispy wings and fries, either extra topping on my salad, no toast, etc. and they always get it right. I always get my extra sauces. And I highlight this because it’s hard to get your order right the first time at many fast food establishments, even other zaxbys miss key parts of my order.

The people are always in a good mood, no attitudes.

The restaurant is always super clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
