Steak and Shake has gone downhill so fast. Food is always inconsistent and never like it was 10 years ago. Restaurant is a joke at Concord Mills. You have to order on touchscreen, they call when food ready....hope you hear them or it will just sit there getting good cold. Dirty tables and chairs. Bathroom had no paper towels to dry hands. Whoever the manager guy is needs to be in corporate. He was amazing! I watched him walk around the store and clean while he greeted customers and made sure they had nothing but an incredible experience. There should be more people like that in customer service.
Oh yeah, the food was awesome too!
