“Yesterday, I had a problem placing my order, which was an App Special, despite repeated attempts. I almost gave up and ordered food from elsewhere but since I was out and about and close by to this Locust (Charlotte), North Carolina Pizza Hut store, I stopped by to see if they could help.I walked in and at the counter was a very nice, professional young lady named Cecilia who immediately made clear that she would do her utmost best to help me. And she did exactly that. Much to my pleasant surprise, rather than cause me more frustration trying to get the order to go thru on the app (or simply giving up), she conjured up her magical powers and simply placed the order at the counter, which took some knowledgeable manipulation of their order system due to what I wanted being an App Special. 10 or 12 minutes later, my order was ready and I was a happy camper as I drove home.These days, all parts of the restaurant industry are having such a hard time getting staff to act in a professional and gracious manner with customers. They don't look customers in the eye and they don't know how to interact/speak with customers in a productive manner that also leaves the guests of the store feeling like they were cared about and listened to. Cecilia certainly went totally opposite to that stereotype and instead handled my situation like an old pro. I don't know what her position is within the store but if she is not currently the store manager, I have full confidence in her abilities to handle those store manager responsibilities some day soon... and far more.Thank you Cecilia! “I'm that person...I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I felt awful about it and apologized but the staff were amazing and fixed my 2 sandwiches perfectly! Akerria smiled her beautiful smile and was so kind even though I'm sure she wanted to rip my head off for coming in at closing time. She laughed and joked with me and assured me that it was no problem that I came in at the last possible minute. Nasir was also super friendly and never made me feel like a last minute jerk! The entire staff were friendly and helpful but Akerria and Nasir really stood out and delivered perfect customer service! The sandwiches were perfect, the store was clean and the employees were amazing. This Jersey Mike's is an asset to our community and I will happily give them my business! Thank you, Akerria and Nasir...y'all deserve a raise for being so kind and welcoming!“
“Living in Charlotte we are used to the painfully long waits to get food at Bojangles. This location was a refreshing change. The place was clean, the employees were friendly, and the service was lightning fast. We were in and out with our breakfast takeout food order for six people within four or five minutes. Amazing. Shows what good management and good employees can do.“

“First time dining in an Arby's in quite a while. My company recently moved from downtown Charlotte to Locust so a quick lunch last week brought me here. Service is excellent...polite and accommodating. Dining room was clean and quiet. Food was well prepared and served. No complaints so future visits will happen!“
“I made my order at home, drove there, and picked it up immediately using the drive-thru. Never a hitch with Taco Bell regarding online orders.As always, the food was good although the Mexican Pizza left a little to be desired. But, that was one visit so I never judge a place based on one experience. Might be just fine next time. The nachos and the cheesy burrito were very good.“
“Maybe this Wendy's was bad before I started working in Locust, but I've eaten here well over 30 times now and it's only been lackluster once. All the negative reviews seem to align with how the Concord and Kannapolis Wendy's operate, but I suppose this one had a staff change cuz it's been as good as a Wendy's can be almost every time.“
“I like the specials they frequently have in their app. Two of their small chicken wraps for $3 total is great. But, I tried a Smash'd Potato Bowl, which is the one with French Fries. Not to my liking but it was a cheap being it was a special; so no complaints. Next time, I'll try the Mashed Potato bowl with chicken nuggets. I'm guessing I'll like that better. Their chicken sandwich was great as always.“
“So weird, usually it's spot on but last visit was like they threw the salads together & halfway full, forgot apples in the apple salad, salad toppings packs missing but items thrown into bag and items missing, salad lids were all smudgy gross, ghost p fries had half sauce just in the middle of box. I guess aliens took over and everything was off! Everyone knows if you complain, your food gets dna added to it.?“
“You can sure go back in time here. I used to go to the Albemarle branch when I was a kid. Food is still consistent. I felt the price was a little strong. 4 hot dogs, 2 burgers and large Onion Ring was 29.00. Maybe I'm just getting old and cheap.“
