Hi, we went to Locust store tonight as we do often. There was a black lady in the store working with a mountain of hair on her head. She was very rude and was trying to be loud and make my son who has a tbi injury to look bad in front of customers for no reason. I'm not sure why the lady was being unprofessional or being so inconsiderate. Just wanted to bring to your attention. Everyone else was kind and polite. I'm that person...I showed up 5 minutes before closing. I felt awful about it and apologized but the staff were amazing and fixed my 2 sandwiches perfectly! Akerria smiled her beautiful smile and was so kind even though I'm sure she wanted to rip my head off for coming in at closing time. Honesty the best JM I have been into. Management is top notch, staff is great. Inside is always spotless and they get through the lunch rush efficiently. Fantastic to have them in Locust!
