“This location is seriously one of the better ones in the Charlotte area. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. Wait times are usually very short even during the lunch rush. I wish all locations were this good. The only mild complaint is that the prices are slowly creeping into the realm of a fast casual restaurant, and the food is staying at fast food quality.“

“My gf and I were sitting here on a Friday night, trying to figure out what to eat for dinner. I suggested pizza! Now, these are Domino's and Little Caesar's pizza people. I, on the other hand, like a pizza that's good with fresh ingredients and will come back and bite you in the wee hours of the night! The only place I could think of was Papa John's pizza! I went on their website and placed a pickup order for a half-veggie and pepperoni medium pizza.
By the time we arrived at the location in Harrisburg Square, the pizza was ready and waiting! OMG, it smelled and looked amazing! (Sorry, we ate the pictures too!) We got home and tore into it! It was still hot and loaded with vegetables and pepperoni! The sauce was light and not overwhelming like at other pizza places! The crust was thin, crispy, and chewy! “We went by Sonic to try the new seasonal fish sandwich today. Wasn't warm enough to sit outside at their tables, so the car was our dining room today. I ordered the fish sandwich with cheese, fries & a raspberry sweet tea. My only issue today was the service. They messed up my order. They gave me a plain fish sandwich and cheese fries. No biggie, they fixed it immediately. The food came out hot 🔥. That's usually the first thing I look at. The fish was nice and crispy and the cheese was melted. The fries were hot & crispy, maybe just a little overcooked. Very nice atmosphere, since we were in our car. I love the chewable ice they use there. This Sonic was located in Harrisburg on 49, right next to Pizza Hut. My next visit I want to try the double Smash Burger!

Came back a week later to try the double smash cheeseburger. No complaints. Fast service, hot food, great taste! The burger & crinkle fries were very good. The fries this time were just right! As always, the raspberry tea was awesome! Again, the car was our dining room.“

“I Order doordash from here and they always give me the wrong order, and it’s like they’ve done it multiple times. Sorry for the picture but I ordered the apple pecan salad and got the Cobb salad. They also got the cookie wrong. And here’s my receipt and it’s happened 3 times“

“The girl who took our order repeated everything as we said it, as well as at the end of the order to ensure accuracy. The gentleman at the window was kind. The guy who brought food out (we had to park) was also kind. We were parked for all of 60 seconds. Everything was correct and fresh. Best Zaxby’s I’ve had tbh, props to the kitchen staff today.“
