“The young gentleman who delivered our order made an extra trip back to my home because my drink spilled in his delivery vehicle. He definitely didn’t have to do that, could’ve made me call the store or ask for a refund. Whoever he was definitely deserves a raise. Besides this incident we’ve always had top tier service but I felt this needed to be pointed out. Thank you again for the extra effort.“

“The employees were friendly & welcoming. My first time trying the Brisket meal which was very satisfying. Glad I stopped in for dinner. This store was impeccably clean & vibrant inside. The ladies room was sparkling clean.“

“This location is seriously one of the better ones in the Charlotte area. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh. Wait times are usually very short even during the lunch rush. I wish all locations were this good. The only mild complaint is that the prices are slowly creeping into the realm of a fast casual restaurant, and the food is staying at fast food quality.“

“Pizza 🍕 was very good! The manager was extra nice! I would come back again for sure. I just wish the buffet was still going on Wednesday but I understand due to Covid19 you guys are being extra cautious.“

“We went by Sonic to try the new seasonal fish sandwich today. Wasn't warm enough to sit outside at their tables, so the car was our dining room today. I ordered the fish sandwich with cheese, fries & a raspberry sweet tea. My only issue today was the service. They messed up my order. They gave me a plain fish sandwich and cheese fries. No biggie, they fixed it immediately. The food came out hot 🔥. That's usually the first thing I look at. The fish was nice and crispy and the cheese was melted. The fries were hot & crispy, maybe just a little overcooked. Very nice atmosphere, since we were in our car. I love the chewable ice they use there. This Sonic was located in Harrisburg on 49, right next to Pizza Hut. My next visit I want to try the double Smash Burger!

Came back a week later to try the double smash cheeseburger. No complaints. Fast service, hot food, great taste! The burger & crinkle fries were very good. The fries this time were just right! As always, the raspberry tea was awesome! Again, the car was our dining room.“

“I come to this location often typically on nights life is busy and don’t feel like cooking. This location as many times I have been has NEVER let me down. My pizza is always FRESH and CORRECT. The staff are all amazing and this speaks to a manager there named Joe everytime I am there he makes sure to greet every customer with a smile and he ensures his team is making quality pizza and doing so with a smile, I swear this location never has a bad day.“

“The girl who took our order repeated everything as we said it, as well as at the end of the order to ensure accuracy. The gentleman at the window was kind. The guy who brought food out (we had to park) was also kind. We were parked for all of 60 seconds. Everything was correct and fresh. Best Zaxby’s I’ve had tbh, props to the kitchen staff today.“
